Joseph Clarke

Joe was born the fifth of five children in an Irish Catholic family in Cincinnati, Ohio where he was taught the principles of hard work and education a young age. 

He came to Toledo in 2002 for law school.  Upon graduating from the University of Toledo College of Law, he opened his own practice with a focus on family law. He is passionate about helping families who are going through a very difficult time.  

Joe also serves the community when not practicing law.  He is the current president of the board for Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity and mentor with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Toledo.  He is also a member of the Ohio Bar Association, the Toledo Bar Association, the Lucas County Bar Association
